Who we are

What we collect
When you enquire, request a brochure, book a viewing or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your names, email address, phone number, your preferred date and what you tell us about your plans. If you go on to book, we collect the information needed to plan and deliver your day.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send the brochure and arrange viewings.
- To plan and deliver your wedding or event if you book with us.
- To keep our own records and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising.
We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of our contract with you where you have booked.
Who we share it with
We use trusted tools to run our enquiries, brochure requests and viewings (VenueFlow) and our restaurant bookings (ResDiary), and they process your details on our behalf. We share information with the suppliers needed to deliver your day where you have chosen them, and where the law requires it. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive limited information to measure our adverts. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and brochure details for up to 24 months if you do not book, and booking and financial records for up to 7 years after your event to meet our legal and accounting duties.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do any of these, email us at info@thearchesdeanclough.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
